How long will it take to see results with Healthy Hips?


This depends on a lot of factors—like your starting point, how much time you devote, your skill with stretching and self-massage, and how consistently you're following the plan.


That said, here’s what I usually see:

  • Some people notice improvement immediately
  • Most people feel noticeable progress within 2–4 weeks
  • By 60 days, you should definitely feel some kind of positive change
