    Having a label like “inguinal hernia” doesn’t mean you have to stop moving entirely. Ultimately, your goal is to train your body to move better—and that requires more movement, not less. You just need to approach it carefully.


  • Listen to your body.

    Pay close attention to how you feel during and after each exercise. There’s no prize for pushing through pain. Slow and steady wins the race.
