What's the difference between the DIY hip programs?

We have several hip programs and looking through them may be confusing. Here's a quick breakdown!



Healthy Hips

If you've got hip pain, you should be looking at this program. If you want to prevent hip pain and build stronger, healthier hips, this is the program.


It's perfect if you're just starting your journey out of hip pain. The first part (and the one we recommend you start with) includes a full set of follow-along strength and flexibility workouts as well as a clear schedule you can follow for an almost indefinite period of time. You don't need much equipment, and everything can be done at home. Just hit the play button and go!


The second portion of this two-part program gives you self-tests and more focused follow along workouts that restore specific functions. You'll explore and develop strength and range of motion in ways you've likely never seen before.


Anterior Pelvic Tilt - APT Fix

If your pelvis is always stuck in an anterior tilt and your tummy has that "hanging forward" feeling, this program is the one you want. It has a straightforward progression to follow that addresses the major causes of anterior pelvic tilt. It is not a "workout" program to get fit. It can be used as a warmup or corrective program as you do your other workouts (although we do suggest you focus on this program on its own before you get back into major weightlifting).



FAI Fix

This was a joint program with Gotrom.com and is no longer available. The most up-to-date wisdom and strategies for rebuilding your hips is in the Healthy Hips program.
