Can I do multiple programs simultaneously?
You can theoretically do two programs at once, but we generally don't recommend it. You'll find your time and attention pushed to the limit.
If you're debating two programs, choose the one that will help alleviate the sharper, more pressing pain.
For example, if your hip is really bugging you and your shoulder is just "sort of" bugging you, start with Healthy Hips first.
If you have shoulder, hip, AND back pain all bugging you, we recommend you start the Back Pain Fix program. That will help you address multiple parts of your body all at once. After doing that program all the way through, you could then do a shoulder or hip program for more focused training.
