Will a chiropractor be able to fix me?
It depends—but I wouldn’t count on it.
I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors over the years. A few gave me some temporary relief. But many tried to sell me on never-ending treatment plans, and some actually made my body feel worse after the adjustments.
In my experience, chiropractic care might help with short-term symptoms, but it doesn’t usually address the real underlying issues that cause pain or dysfunction. Unless you’re also working on how you move and how strong you are, I don’t think it leads to lasting results.
That’s why I always recommend starting with functional training—learning how to move better, build strength, and retrain your body—before relying on someone else to “fix” you.
