How do I reset / change my password for uprighthealth.com?

Password Reset

To reset your password in case you've forgotten or lost it:

• Go to uprighthealth.com/login and click "Forgot Password."
• Just follow the prompts from there.

Change Password

To change your password:

• Login at uprighthealth.com/login
• Click on your Avatar at the top right of the screen next to the navigation menu.

• Then, select "Settings" from the dropdown menu and scroll down to the section for changing your password.

Save the changes, and you're all set!
