My neck feels worse after basic conditioning in the TOS Fix. What should I do?

If strengthening the scalenes and sternocleidomastoid (SCM) makes your neck feel bad or your symptoms worse...

  1. Stop doing the basic conditioning workouts.
  2. Move directly into Phase 1, and make sure to do the massage routine
  3. Do some neck circles on a daily basis as shown below. You can also add other gentle neck stretches as long as they do not aggravate symptoms.
