My neck feels worse after basic conditioning in the TOS Fix. What should I do?
If strengthening the scalenes and sternocleidomastoid (SCM) makes your neck feel bad or your symptoms worse...
- Stop doing the basic conditioning workouts.
- Move directly into Phase 1, and make sure to do the massage routine
- Do some neck circles on a daily basis as shown below. You can also add other gentle neck stretches as long as they do not aggravate symptoms.
